Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $75.00 in Canada and the United States.  All orders $74.99 and under will be subject to a $15.00 shipping and handling fee in Canada and $20.00 for the USA. This fee includes shipping, handling, packaging, insurance and confirmation of delivery.     

Taxes - All Canadian orders shipped to Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick will be charged 15% HST while all other Canadian orders are subject to a 6% Goods and Services charge (GST), which is beyond our control, that will be added to the total order including shipping.

For all orders to be shipped outside of Canada or the USA .  Please use our "Overseas Quote" page so we can with order so we can give you a price on shipping prior to your order.  Thank you 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days using the preferred carrier of our choice to your area.

Please expect delivery within 5 - 15 business days from ship date. 

All orders shipped into the United States or countries other than Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes. 

Damage Claims

Please inspect packages immediately upon arrival.  You must report any damages or missing boxes to the courier and to Glacier Island Enterprises as soon as possible within 24 hours upon receiving your order.  If you notice damage at the time of delivery, please report it to the carrier at that time.  If you notice damage after you unpack the order, be sure to save all the packing material as they may send an inspector out, and contact the courier that delivered the package immediately.  Please contact Glacier Island Enterprises so we can start processing your claim.  We can not replace any merchandise without exception unless it has been inspected.

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order.   If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products purchased from this web site, please send it back to us for a full money back guarantee.  We will gladly refund the purchase price of the product less any incurred shipping and handling costs.  All returns must be authorized by Glacier Island Enterprises no later than 30 days after you receive your order and shipped postage prepaid.  Please e-mail us at glacierisland@shaw.ca for authorization.  The original receipt must accompany the product.
